.Net, VB6, IIS - Application Support Analyst (L2) St. Louis, MO (Complete Onsite) Contract or Fulltime (Permanent) – Both Option Available Job Description Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in application support / production support / AMS. Mandatory experience in support projects.

- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Application Issues, SQL Issues, Database Issues, Batch Job Failures, Performance Issues, IIS Issues, Server-related Issues, Application Logs, Deployment Failures, Deployment Dependencies, Logical and Structured Troubleshooting
- Database: SQL, Database Queries
- Tools & Platforms: IIS, Monitoring and Support Tools
- Methodologies & Processes: Onsite–Offshore Delivery Model, Incident Lifecycle Management, ITIL-based Support Processes
- Domain Expertise: IT Services, Support Projects
- Provide L2 production support for business-critical legacy applications built on VB6, C#, and .NET technologies
- Support weekend on-call activities and handle priority incidents within agreed SLA timelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and high-severity production issues
- Troubleshoot issues related to application logs, IIS, database queries, batch jobs, and deployment failures
- Support code deployments, DLL registrations, configuration changes, and release validation for legacy systems
