Job Description:
The Document Review Clerk is responsible for reviewing and processing documents according to company standards using checklists and internal computer systems. This role involves data entry, generating reports from proprietary systems, researching additional loans, and locating missing files. The candidate will learn to understand the loan timeline through training. Additionally, they will handle a shared inbox, process litigation requests, and perform research tasks such as verifying document originality and affidavits.
Research may include data possession checks and responding to clients via email. The team supports monthly audits, including prepping and sorting documents for external and internal reviews. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, manages time effectively, proficient in Excel, a team player, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- One to three years of related office experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- Finance experience
- Mortgage background
- Document Review Specialist experience
- Analyst or review experience
- Proficiency in Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
