Part‑Time Administrative Assistant
Location: On site Schedule: Part‑Time Reports to: President
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support the President as well as fundraising and Human Resources. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, technology friendly, and comfortable shifting priorities when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and project support to the President, including scheduling, document preparation, project management, project delivery, and similar activities
- Assist the Communications and Development (fundraising) lead with projects and tasks such as content coordination, proofreading, social media posting, campaign mailings, organizing materials, and managing projects and donor data
- Support basic HR‑related functions as needed (e.g., onboarding paperwork, file maintenance, posting job openings, tracking training or compliance items)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Coordinate with internal staff across departments to ensure projects move forward
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred. Interest in or knowledge of AI tools to support workflow and project efficiency and quality a plus.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including keyboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience supporting senior managers, communications/fundraising, or HR functions a plus
- Flexible part‑time schedule
