Ever-Green Energy is looking for a team member to be responsible for field and in-plant activities for operation and minor maintenance of fuel, ash handling, and water treatment systems. As directed by the Lead Engineer, assist the Shift Engineer in performing his/her duties.
Responsibilities- Assist with operation and maintenance activities for fuel, ash handling, and water treatment systems as directed by the Lead Engineer and Shift Engineer.
- Hold current Minnesota Special Engineer License.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Physically able to climb over and around equipment, lift material up to 50 pounds, and work with common tools and equipment.
- Capable of working rotating shifts.
- Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.
- Technical education related to the duties listed.
- Experience in the operation and repair of wood and gas fired boilers using oil as back-up fuel, steam turbine and electric drives, pumps, and other related equipment.
