CX Marketing Specialist

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Customer Experience (CX), Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop open enrollment materials and increase engagement with Blue Cross products, helping members make more informed health decisions.

Onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at Eagan, MN.

6+ Months.

• Coordinate intake, routing, and delivery of marketing materials (print, digital, email, etc.) across creative, legal, and internal teams.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and approvals to ensure on‑time execution.
• Distribute final, market‑ready materials through designated channels.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders on material needs, content requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Partner with legal to incorporate required disclosures and standardized language.
• Schedule and facilitate content reviews and status discussions.
• Integrate feedback from Customer Experience (CX) strategies, brand partners, and legal.
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence before final release.

• 2+ years in a customer experience action‑planning role or related marketing/communications position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and solve problems under tight timelines.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Page Proof).
• Understanding of health insurance industry.
