Job Overview

Warehouse Worker – responsible for unloading, stacking, and loading snack foods as part of a crew on the 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday). Operate forklifts and freight carts, maintain safety, and work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload snack food cases from a semi‑trailer and place them in designated warehouse rows.
  • Stack cases on trailers, conveyors, and the city dock up to specified heights (9–11 feet).
  • Load semi‑trailers with snack foods from the warehouse.
  • Send products to route garages or trailers according to pick orders.
  • Operate forklifts or fork carts safely and efficiently.
  • Check orders for accuracy while loading.
  • Maintain a clean work area and clear debris.
  • Follow company rules and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills for safety and quality.
  • Preferred:
    Prior warehouse or manual material‑handling experience.
  • Team‑player who can work effectively with others.
Essential Job Functions
  • Determine product by reading markings on each box and pick order.
  • Work at a quick pace continuously for the entire workday.
  • Work 8 hours per day, five days per week; overtime and Saturday work may be required.
  • Dependable attendance.
  • Walk and/or stand continuously all day.
  • Work in a dusty environment.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 lbs; frequent lifts from 4 lb to 35 lb, occasionally up to 60 lb.
  • Operate forklifts and drive fork trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Stack product using a 3–4 step ladder when needed.
  • Accurately count and keep track of inventory; use basic math.
  • Work well as a crew member to accomplish tasks timely and accurately.
  • Twist and/or turn while lifting or carrying.
  • Work around conveyors and machinery.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
