List of Current Openings- Punch Press Operator – Operate punch press equipment to produce metal components used in our HVAC manufacturing process. This role involves loading material, monitoring part quality, following production standards, and keeping a consistent pace in a fast‑moving production environment.
- Press Brake Operator – Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specification. This position requires attention to detail, accurate part measurement, and the ability to produce quality work that supports downstream assembly and production.
- Fin Press Operator – Operate fin press equipment to produce detailed metal fin components that are critical to coil performance and product efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive production work, quality checks, and maintaining output standards.
- Tube Bender Operator – Run hairpin bending equipment to form copper tubing used in coil manufacturing. This role supports a key part of the production process and requires consistency, attention to measurements, and a strong focus on producing parts that meet quality expectations.
- Assembly Associate (Lacer) – Assemble metal components and complete lacing work that brings our products together for final production. This role is ideal for someone who works well with their hands, follows process steps carefully, and takes pride in accurate, consistent assembly work.
- CMS Operator – Operate CNC production equipment used to expand copper material with accuracy and consistency. This position supports efficient production flow and requires attention to setup, part quality, and safe equipment operation.
- Thermal Assembly Associate (Brazer) – Join copper components using brazing processes that create strong, leak‑free connections in finished cooling products. This role requires steady hands, quality awareness, and a commitment to producing clean, dependable work that meets production standards.
- Coil Tester Technician – Inspect and test finished products to verify quality, performance, and leak integrity before they move forward in the manufacturing process. This role is a good fit for someone who is detail‑oriented, patient, and committed to catching issues before product ships.
- Packaging Specialist – Prepare finished products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and organizing materials accurately and safely. This role plays an important part in making sure orders leave the facility in good condition and ready for delivery.
- Maintenance Technician – Support plant operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, completing repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to keep production running. This role is ideal for someone who can think through problems, work independently, and respond quickly when equipment needs attention.
- Quality Technician – Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. This position involves identifying defects, supporting problem‑solving efforts, and helping maintain consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
