Hourly pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (dependent on experience and skills); weekly paychecks.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day‑to‑day activities to ensure client needs are met or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally or through delegation.
• Serve as the direct communication point for timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
• Manage subcontractors performing facility maintenance work procedures.
• Interview, onboard, and train new hires as additional staff is added.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures and prepare and file accident reports.
• Approve procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
• Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with company processes.
• Provide some weekend, holiday, and after‑hour on‑call availability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Outstanding customer‑service skills and a can‑do attitude.
• At least 2 years of general maintenance craft experience.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
• Ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools are a plus.
• Craft license or certificate in one trade preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass an FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
