This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide crucial early intervention services throughout the school year, from July 6, 2026, to June 11, 2027. KeyQualifications
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with children from birth to age five
- Familiarity with early childhood assessments and interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport with young children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice
- Conduct developmental and psychological assessments tailored to early childhood
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and related service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
- Consult with teams to provide insights on student learning, behavior, and development
- Assist in crisis intervention, prevention, and response strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance
- Attend pertinent meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
This full-time, contract role offers flexibility with a choice of 205 or 215-day contracts. Working in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, you'll have the chance to expand your expertise in preschool psychology and help set a positive educational foundation for young children.
