Missio Student Development Director

Missio College is hiring a full-time Student Development Director to provide leadership in student development, admissions, recruitment, and practicum experiences. This full-time position supports students throughout their educational journey by overseeing field placements, mentoring and advising students, coordinating student events, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

We are seeking someone who is relational, organized, spiritually mature, and passionate about developing future ministry leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, ministry leadership, or student development and possess strong communication, coaching, and administrative skills. Bilingual preferred.

This role is primarily onsite and office-based, with occasional evenings and weekends required for student events and activities. The position may also include local and regional travel for recruiting events, student engagement opportunities, and ministry partnerships.

The Student Development Director works closely with students, faculty, ministry supervisors, and church partners to foster spiritual formation, academic success, and ministry readiness while helping advance the mission of Missio College.
