Position: Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Salem, Oregon

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students, collecting and interpreting relevant behavioral data.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), tailored to the specific needs of each student.
• Provide direct consultation and ongoing coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to ensure effective intervention strategies.
• Monitor progress, perform data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation for each student on your caseload.
• Actively collaborate with IEP teams, contributing to meetings and ensuring goals align with best practices in behavior management.
• Adjust approaches as needed based on student response and district priorities.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, with active state licensure where required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
