This role focuses on commercial sales through building relationships with property managers, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, hospitality groups, schools, commercial property owners, and more!

- Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your existing professional contacts to drive new business
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using CRM tools
- Secure Pre‑Loss Agreements with commercial clients
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergency restoration leads, where you earn the commission on secured emergency work
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
- Comfortable in a performance‑driven sales environment
- Willing to participate in after‑hours emergency lead rotation
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre‑employment drug screening
