Job Description
Who will you be working with?
You will work with a broad range of talented individuals to deliver quality products in a timely manner. You’ll primarily work alongside Foundry team members and partner with professionals across multiple departments.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Foundry team, you will follow specified work instructions and/or engineering parts drawings to produce a wide variety of products. You will be responsible for the quality of your work, which includes accurate counts and meeting production standards. You will continually look for ways to improve our production processes.
Responsibilities- Responsible for various portions of the foundry production process, including but not limited to the production of molds.
- Follow specified work instructions which may include sub-assembly of product, soldering, testing, and packaging as required.
- Follow applicable ISO procedures.
- Keep work area clean and in order.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report malfunction of equipment and process deviations to appropriate personnel.
- Proven math, reading, and computer skills.
- Able to receive and execute written or verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching outward, lifting 10 lbs or less. Frequent exposure to dust or vapors within OSHA limits.
- Occasional reaching up/over shoulder, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs, exposure to heat/humidity.

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $16.50 - $18.50 per hour. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual salary offered may be influenced by factors such as training, transferable skills, experience, education, business needs, market demands, and location.
