Additionally, the Administrator directs nursing and patient care, coordinates credentialing and workforce processes, steers QAPI initiatives, manages vendor services, and designs and operationalizes policy to meet regulatory and accrediting standards across infection prevention, environment of care, and emergency readiness—while analyzing monthly operating results to support cost control and smart resource use.
