Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Work for a nationwide manufacturer that produces premium carpet cushion and hard surface underlayment for today’s most advanced flooring systems. The products support ceramic tile, luxury vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, and hardwood flooring — and many are recyclable or made from recycled materials.

Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Occasional Saturday

Pay: $15–$17 per hour
Rate is based on attendance bonus eligibility.

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to operate and coordinate the movement of bales from trailers and storage areas to grinding machines.

• Operate forklifts to transport materials

• Move bales to grinding operations

• Perform heavy lifting

• Pick up scrap/material from the floor

• Maintain safe and efficient workflow

• Exposure to dust and debris

• Seasonal temperature variation

• Overhead lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing

• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling

• Forklift certified (required)

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Team-oriented

• Strong commitment to safety and environmental policies
