Overview
Sales Administrator – Pembrook Resourcing are currently looking for an experienced vehicle sales administrator on behalf of their client’s sales team. The successful candidate will ideally have a working administration background within a car dealership.
Responsibilities- Experience in motor retail sales administration is essential: in particular, handling vehicle registration and licencing through AFRL, used car stock admin, vehicle taxation, invoicing and monitoring order progress through the factory, delivery and completion of handover packs for customers/clients.
- Excellent Administration skills
- Proven ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner
- Well organised
- Good Attention to detail
- Time management
- A professional manner and be a team player
