Mulesoft Integration Developer

At Synechron, we are seeking a skilled Mulesoft Developer with strong integration expertise to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications while leveraging Mulesoft for seamless data connectivity across systems. The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities and overall enterprise architecture.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Salt Lake City, Utah / Dallas, TX is $125k - $135k/year & benefits.

• Design and implement Mulesoft APIs and connectors to facilitate secure and efficient data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and enhance Salesforce and Mulesoft integrations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for security, data management, and system performance.
• Conduct code reviews, document technical specifications, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Mulesoft features, tools, and industry trends to continually improve integration strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands‑on development in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Strong Mulesoft Anypoint Platform experience, including designing APIs, creating Mule flows, and managing Mulesoft runtime environments.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Mulesoft Certified Developer, or equivalent.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GIT.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and other middleware tools.
