About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong relationships.

What You'll Do as Accounting Specialist

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and maintain vendor files (electronic and physical)
• Manage accounts payable summaries and issue payments for company expenses
• Handle cash receipts, checks, and prepare bank deposits
• Manage client billing, ensuring invoices are timely and accurate
• Collaborate with teams to reconcile vendor payments and client budgets
• Build relationships with client finance departments to support receivable collections
• Assist with external audits and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For in the Accounting Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet and P&L)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
