Job Responsibilities For The Bookkeeper
- Maintain the General Ledger
- Full cycle Accounts Payable and receivable
- Maintain record of financial transactions

- Work with CPA when necessary
- Assist with managing timesheets for payroll
- Develop standard operating procedures for bookkeeper position
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications For The Bookkeeper
- Associates or Bachelor's in accounting or related field, experience can be substituted for degree
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Quick Books and Excel
