** what you get to do:
** partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:
* assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
* conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
* post to niche job boards, as needed
* coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
* assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
* main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
* maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
* communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors and our guests
* perform other duties as assigned
** what it takes to succeed:
*** bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
* high school diploma or equivalent required
* must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass mvr requirements
* experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
* intermediate to advanced microsoft office skills
* strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
* experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* ability to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather.
* flexibility in working varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.the perks of the position:
