Position title:
Lead Project Manager
Location:
San Antonio, TX
Clearance required:
TOP SECRET/SCI Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Provide daily management for projects and personnel within the IT Solutions Section.
* Directly manage project lifecycle activities (planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing).
* Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
* Communicate project status, schedules and conflicts to the Government IT Solutions lead and/or Task Order Team Lead.
* Utilize and champion proven project management and agile/SAFe methodologies-training team members for consistent implementation and success.
* Maintain section readiness and manning, addressing any scheduling challenges as they arise. Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Senior/Lead Project Manager:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Junior Project Manager: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification (for junior roles).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other planning tools.
* DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred)
* Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
