Role DescriptionThe Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the accounts payable processes and administering employee payroll. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to process data and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in finance and accounting principles, including accounts payable and payroll processing
- Experience with account reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and external vendors
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working in accounts payable, payroll, or a related financial function is a plus
- Knowledge of Certified Payroll rules and regulations
- Experience with LCPTracker, Textura, Procore, Prism and related systems is a plus
