WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

* Manage regional Runners scheduling and rental vehicles

* Have an understanding of deal structure and the settlement process

* Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed

* Maintain regular communications with Production Manager's and O&O GM's

* Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization

* Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed

* Support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows/events

* Attends meetings as outlined by the Production Manager

* Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all "past show" files on the shared drive and vendor records

* WORKDAY/ABI Management for Production Labor

* Based in the Southern CA with the ability and flexibility to work at venues throughout Southern CA

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

* Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)

* 2+ years' experience in a live environment operation

* High School Diploma

* Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs/Sheets

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree

* ABI/TMSS experience

* Workday experience

* Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking

* Cash/PEX handling experience

* Physical Demands/Working Environment:

* Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful

* Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

* · Moderate to loud level or noise in work environment
