QCT applications engineers support customers with understanding, integrating, customization, building, and bring‑up of Qualcomm software, enabling debugging features, providing training to customers. We offer a wide range of tools, design and deployment services to support the device development process and develop new technologies based on the needs and demands of the market.

• Drive home & life consumer IEOT designs review activities, especially in home appliance, cleaning robot, and media product segments.
• Drive support activities globally especially for China, US, Korea, and Taiwan market where top home & life vendors are located.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners and customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and feedback and defining business and product solutions working with stakeholders.

• Experience with display interface standards such as DSI/eDP/DP/HDMI.
• Professional knowledge of the Android/Linux kernel – professional in display performance debugging on multi panels.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Android/LXC OS, multi‑threads, etc.
• Good knowledge of specific Display architecture like SDM, Rendering etc.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability with sufficient tools (e.g., GDB, JTAG‑Debugger, ADB etc.).
• Experience with Surfaceflinger/HWC and understanding of the Android Display architecture and display native services and framework, multi‑display support, Multi DRM cards.
• Prior experience with Qualcomm MSM software platforms is a big plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with global teams and engaging directly with customers.
• 3+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with debugging techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques.
