Interim Corporate Accounting Manager

Our client, a high‑growth consumer technology company in the digital learning space, is seeking an Interim Corporate Accounting Manager to support its expanding accounting operations.

This position is hybrid, with in‑office expectations 3 days per week in the Bay Area. The engagement has an expected duration of 2‑3 months.

• Support and manage the monthly close process, including preparation, review, and coordination of close deliverables
• Own and or review key corporate accounting areas such as fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, cash reconciliations, and cash requirements
• Collaborate with and review work from offshore resources supporting AP, cash reconciliations, and prepaids
• Support audit preparation, documentation validation, and timely responses to audit requests
• Work extensively within Net Suite and Flo Qast to support close processes, reconciliations, and reporting
• Identify and implement improvements to close timelines, documentation, and accounting processes
• Partner with leadership to strengthen controls, improve accuracy, and support scaling operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience operating at the Manager or early‑Manager level within corporate accounting
• Strong technical accounting foundation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Net Suite preferred
