What You'll Do:Independently research, analyze, and document complex U.S. GAAP matters, drafting clear, well-supported technical accounting memos.
Own the preparation and quality of the Company’s financial statements and footnote disclosures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Evaluate accounting implications of new products, contracts, and strategic initiatives, providing practical and well‑reasoned recommendations that are in line with accounting standards.
Serve as a primary contact for external auditors across designated reporting and technical work streams, proactively managing timelines and deliverables.
Proactively identify reporting risks, disclosure gaps, and areas of judgment, escalating with a recommended solution.
Drive process improvements that enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and internal controls.
Act as a trusted cross‑functional partner to Legal, FP&A, Product, Engineering, and other teams — clearly articulating accounting implications, framing trade‑offs, and driving timely decisions.

- We’re excited about you because:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
- You have 4‑6+ years of experience, including Big 4 public accounting.
- You have independently drafted technical accounting position papers.
- You are comfortable working in a lean team where expectations are high.
- Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting is a plus.
- Experience owning quarterly or annual financial statements and footnotes, including preparation and management within Workiva.
