We are looking for someone to assist in managing and administering the day to day operations. They will be performing a variety of tasks which includes running the front desk and back end to keep the office flowing smoothly. You will be wearing many hats in this position and will be exposed to many facets in the real estate business. You will have the opportunity to learn from real estate agents, property managers, or loan officers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Front Desk Receptionist – Greet guests, answer phone, make calls for staffs, sort incoming mails, basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties

·        Property Management – Assist with the leasing process: post rental listing, schedule appointments for property manager, draft leasing agreement, first point of contact for tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinate with tenant and vendor, record income and expense, send monthly rental statements to landlord

·        Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator – Assist real estate agents with administrative duties from listing to close of escrow. Prepare listing presentation for agent, create flyers/brochures for open house, make sure all paperwork are submitted and filled out correctly, monitor contingency period

·        Assist with whoever needs an extra hand in the office.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Position Requirements
High School,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Qualifications:

·        Real Estate Experience (Highly recommended)

·        Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Photoshop

·        Phone Skills

·        Quick books

·        Customer service

·        Organized and detail oriented

·        Conversant in Cantonese or Mandarin (Recommended)
