As a Summer Intern, you will play a key role on project teams that span a wide range of strategic focus areas across the organization. This includes meaningful exposure to our core pillars and centers of excellence (CoEs) in New Product Planning, Pricing & Market Access, Investor Relations, Launch & Commercialization, Diagnostics, and Corporate Strategy. The experience is designed to accelerate your professional development while contributing to high‑impact initiatives that shape the future of our business.

• Interact with clients and teams to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space.
• Own components of a workstream within one or two project teams and support the overall project team.
• Conduct complex problem‑solving through a hypothesis‑based approach.
• Complete primary and secondary research to drive critical insights.
• Create and utilize analytic tools, such as forecast models, to support key decision‑making.
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
• Work with a coach who provides guidance on day‑to‑day project work, organizational understanding, and long‑term career goals.

• Pursuing a Full‑Time MBA.
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or consulting industries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Enterprise‑level strategic thinking perspective.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team‑based environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems.

The internship program is an 8‑9‑week summer program with a salary of $3,250 per week.
