About the Role
Door Dash is looking for a bilingual copywriter (English/Spanish) to help shape how we show up across languages, audiences, and channels.
This role plays a critical part in how Door Dash connects with Spanish-speaking audiences and how our brand shows up consistently across multiple communities.
You'll help ensure our voice remains clear, human, and confident across languages while supporting campaigns that reach millions of customers, Dashers, and merchants.
You'll spend dedicated time writing and consulting on Spanish-language campaigns ensuring they feel culturally fluent, thoughtful, and unmistakably on-brand.
You'll also contribute to integrated brand campaigns across consumer, Dasher, and merchant audiences.
We're looking for someone who understands that brand voice is a strategic asset.
Someone who can protect it, evolve it, and apply it consistently whether translating a campaign, building lower-funnel assets, or shaping high-visibility brand moments.
This role requires both creative judgment and operational discipline.
You'll navigate complex trackers, layered stakeholder input, and evolving briefs all while delivering high-quality work at speed.
What You'll Do
- Write and consult on Spanish-language campaigns, ensuring cultural nuance and brand alignment
- Translate and transcreate English campaigns into Spanish adapting for clarity, resonance, and context (not word-for-word translation)
- Contribute to integrated brand campaigns across consumer, Dasher, and merchant audiences
- Maintain a clear, conversational brand voice across languages and formats
- Bring energy and intention to lower-funnel work understanding that straightforward does not mean boring
- Manage complex asset trackers and multi-surface campaign builds Shape ambiguous or dense briefs into focused, single-minded messaging
- Deliver high-volume work with speed, agility, and attention to detail
Experience
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience writing Spanish-language marketing campaigns
- Experience working at tech or consumer brands with a distinct, well-defined voice and strong creative standards
Skill Set
- Strong command of brand voice able to write clear, conversational copy that feels human and grounded
- Understands that performance or lower-funnel messaging must be direct and effective but never flat or lifeless
- Skilled in transcreation knowing when to adapt culturally rather than translate literally
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving inputs
- Able to manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional feedback
- Highly organized and detail-oriented across large-scale campaign builds
