A well-funded engineering start-up on the Peninsula is searching for a professional office manager to step into a senior-level OM role and take charge of the office facilities and office culture. You will own facilities management, including managing vendors, liaising with the property owners and services, and handling facilities-related operations and planning. You will also be responsible for the office culture, including employee morale programs, events and employee support.
The ideal candidate will have been in a similar role for 4-6 years, with experience in facilities management and planning, and culture/HR. A degree is also required. Salary will be around $90-100K, and the position is located in Redwood City.
