JOB OPPORTUNITYAs a Youth Works Intern, you will be placed at a City of Berkeley department or community-based organization for job experience and skill development. You'll gain exposure to the work environment and receive training and guidance toward professional development goals. Specific duties vary depending upon the department or organization to which assigned.
This comprehensive program helps participants develop skills in interviewing, resume writing, financial literacy, and employability while connecting with mentors from City government and local organizations.

Minimum Qualifications- Equivalent to completion of the eighth grade.
- Must reside in Berkeley, California.
- May be required to work evenings or weekends.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
