** Your Impact & Responsibilities
** As an RNA, you play a pivotal role in the rehabilitative journey of our residents. You will lead specialized care programs designed to maintain and improve physical function:
* ** Restorative Care Leadership:
** Facilitate vital therapeutic activities, including specialized exercises, range-of-motion routines, and ambulation programs.
* ** Clinical Resident Support:
** Assist with therapeutic dining, proper splinting, and daily hygiene (ADLs) to ensure resident dignity and progress.
* ** Precision Documentation:
** Maintain accurate clinical records, including resident weights and care updates, utilizing
** Point Click Care (PCC)**.
* ** Safety & Prevention:
** Proactively prevent skin breakdown through regular repositioning and the expert use of pressure-relief tools.
* ** Collaborative Communication:
** Act as a key clinical link by reporting status changes to supervisors and participating in restorative program meetings.

* ** Licensure:
** Must possess an active California
** CNA

** RNA

* Experience:

** One year of experience in a long-term care or post-acute environment is preferred.
