• Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database
• Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales
• Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections
• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
• Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy

• Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are crucial for meeting customer needs
• Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
• A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Vin Solutions CRM experience is a bonus but you must have previous experience utilizing sales CRM's
• Computer savvy

$50,000-$150,000 per year
