Job Title: Business Development Representative

Pay rate: $40/hour on W2 all inclusive

Location: Remote – Anywhere USA

Contract: 5 months

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale healthcare business. As an outbound BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision‑makers at healthcare organizations. You’ll work closely with sales to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.

• Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and Linked In
• Engage and quality leads by understanding their healthcare logistics challenges and needs
• Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.G., Hub Spot)
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to refine messaging and target segments

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience
• Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
• Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up to date about the logistics industry
• Desire to build a career in sales
• A high degree of ownership and grit
• Nice to have – experience in the logistics industry
