• Strategic Execution: Manage end‑to‑end processes for high‑skilled immigration cases (O‑1, EB‑1, EB‑2 NIW), ensuring a "weeks, not months" delivery standard.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to world‑class technologists and founders, providing white‑glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.
• Product & Operations: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine the software platform, automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience.
• Scale: Help define the "Lighthouse Standard" for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in high‑stakes environments such as high‑growth startups
