Compensation: $250,000 – $315,000 base + competitive equity

Klarity is building enterprise AI infrastructure focused on operational transformation. Their thesis: enterprise AI fails because companies cannot capture real human decision-making logic and operational context. Klarity's platform passively observes enterprise workflows (with consent), builds a living context graph of organizational behavior, and uses AI companion agents to continuously improve processes.

This is a senior individual contributor frontend engineering role at the intersection of AI-native product design and advanced frontend architecture. This is not a traditional frontend role. The expectation is ownership of highly complex real-time AI product experiences while shipping at extreme velocity using modern AI‑assisted engineering workflows.

Core ownership includes:

• Architecting scalable frontend systems and reusable component libraries
• State management architecture and API integration strategy
• Performance optimization and bundle efficiency
• End-to‑end product feature ownership and production‑quality UX delivery
• Real‑time WebRTC companion agent interfaces
• Generative dashboards for enterprise context visualization
• Agentic chat experiences that directly operate the application
• AI‑assisted SDLC process design
• Rapid prototype‑to‑production execution

• 6+ years of production software engineering experience
• Senior to Staff frontend engineering background
• Deep React and Next.js mastery
• Advanced Type Script and Tailwind expertise
• Strong frontend architecture instincts and performance optimization experience
• AI‑native development workflow experience — must be fluent with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0.dev, Lovable, or comparable AI engineering tools
• Ships multiple features per day with AI tooling
• Strong product intuition with high ownership / founder mentality
• Comfortable with customer conversations and sales interactions
• 5 days onsite in downtown San Francisco

• Prior founder or founding engineer experience
• WebRTC / real‑time streaming experience
• Video pipeline or voice AI product experience
• Generative UI or generative dashboard systems experience
• Python backend familiarity
• Strong Git Hub / shipped product portfolio
