Critical River’s Client Partner Job Description:

Location: San Jose, CA

Salary: Best in the Market

Responsibilities:

  • Primary job duty is to engage and maintain strong relation with existing customers.
  • Identify business applications solution opportunities and related service opportunities to existing customers. ·
  • Manage current contractual engagements and renewals ·
  • Be a strategic partner from CriticalRiver to our existing customers in terms of providing any solutions to the customer’s current pain points or future initiatives. ·
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the solution offerings by CriticalRiver ·
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the new deals identified. ·
  • Should be a farmer/business development exec/sales person at existing customer accounts. ·
  • Be a main point of contact for existing Critical River’s team at these customers for any escalations and needs. ·
  • Be a main point of contact for all Client’s escalations ·
  • Should be leader in leading the delivery teams in current engagements and make sure the current team is delivering all the projects on-time and on-budget working with the delivery team

Requirements:

  • 8 plus years applicable experience including 7 years of client management experience. ·
  • Proven account management or client partners experience or other relevant experience ·
  • Should have experience in working is a non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. ·
  • Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Oracle Applications (Financials/SCM/Services/HCM) and Salesforce Applications knowledge is MUST. ·
  • Should have experience in interacting with C level Executives ·
  • Travel may be needed. ·
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ·
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
