We’re seeking a Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance Manager to lead customer-facing quality initiatives for a growing semiconductor portfolio. This role owns product quality performance, drives 8D problem resolution, and partners cross-functionally to strengthen customer confidence and long-term reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team
- Serve as primary customer interface for quality matters
- Drive 8D corrective actions for field issues
- Partner with Failure Analysis, Test, Product Engineering, and Sales
- Implement systemic quality improvements
- Support audits and manage product change notifications
- Travel globally as needed
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years semiconductor customer quality experience with Integrated Circuits
- Strong 8D expertise and problem-solving background
- Proven customer-facing leadership
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Ability to read and write Mandarin is a strong plus
