About the role:
Participate in characterization and development of packaging materials/processes for high‑speed optical communication, enabling manufacturable, reliable, scalable packaging solutions for next‑gen optical devices.
Base salary range is $190,000 to $250,000 a year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Design/verify packaging techniques/materials
- Compare processes/materials
- Verify manufacturability/reliability with partners
- Develop/document core packaging technologies
- Educate engineers on novel materials/processes
