Microchip FPGA BU is looking for a talented, passionate and creative Product Engineering Technical Program Manager to join our new product development team.

The candidate will support the pre-production rollout of new products. This cross-functional role will provide opportunities to interact with and support many product rollout players including Test Engineering, Package Engineering, Yield Enhancement, Engineering Planners, Qualification Engineers, Quality, Marketing, and Operations.
** Responsibilities:
*** Plan and coordinate early builds for engineering in support of validation
* Manage inventory and coordinate Early Sample (ES) and pre-production (PP) builds in support of family rollout, stocking plans, and pre-production forecast
* Monitor package test yields through statistical analysis
* Work on enhancements to meet test goal targets
* Manage production holds to enable customer shipments and revenue.
* Develop scripts to monitor yields, track builds and identify bottlenecks. Report status to rollout team
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred
* 0 - 1+ years of experience working in Product engineering, product planning or program management
* Hands-on experience with data management tools and languages like KLA and JMP
* Knowledge of solid-state physics…
