Associate Manager, Publishing

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a part time coordinator to support our game publishing efforts. In this role, you will help coordinate publishing initiatives, contribute to game launches across well-known IPs, support the growth of original IP, and work closely with a collaborative publishing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about gaming and creative projects who wants to support the go-to-market (GTM) process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to grow within a publishing organisation in a startup, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Assist with archival and audit of Publishing assets.
  • Record gameplay footage of released and unreleased games on Playground for internal reference and game trailer production.
  • Observe gameplay and create clear, concise notes and summaries.
  • Support on analytics and data collection tasks for performance reports.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as needed by the team.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, and interest in gaming across genres.
  • Comfortable with appearing on camera in footage for internal purposes.
  • Basic video editing skills, or willingness to learn on the job.
  • This position is open to students currently enrolled in school or university.
