Schedule:
Shift-based; swing shift availability preferred (example: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support our high-volume electronics manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inspecting and testing products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. If you have a sharp eye, steady hands, and take pride in catching what others might miss, this could be a great fit.

• Use inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, magnifying lenses, and color pantones to examine materials, components, and finished assemblies.
• Perform inspections at incoming, in-process, and final production stages.
• Monitor production operations and identify defects or deviations from specifications.

• Record inspection results and maintain accurate inspection and test documentation.
• Prepare reports outlining findings and clearly highlight deviations from standards.
• Communicate quality concerns promptly to production leads and supervisors.

• Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials or products.
• Ensure QC equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in implementing new quality checks.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1–2+ years of manufacturing or quality control experience required.
• Experience in electronics or PCBA inspection strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-600/610 standards and ESD control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency required;
  Mandarin language skills are a plus.

• On-site role in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing facility.
• Standing for extended periods and working on the production floor required.
• Shift flexibility may be required based on business needs.

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
