Mechanical Engineer

• Analyze and improve production processes, equipment, and workflows.
• Design and implement solutions that enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and work measurement to establish standards.
• Use data and engineering principles to identify root causes and solve problems.
• Develop reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support facility layout, material flow, and manpower optimization.
• Partner cross‑functionally to improve production performance and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and support quality and audit initiatives.
• Train and support teams on new processes and improvements.
• Monitor results and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

• Manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Role splits time between office and plant floor; hands‑on in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to equipment, noise, and production activity.
• Required PPE in plant areas: hearing protection, safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes.
• Physical activity including walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
