They are looking for a Digital Delivery Lead who brings serious operational discipline, sharp business analysis, and seamless project management execution to their digital ecosystem.

This is not a theoretical role where you sit in meetings discussing abstract ideas. As the Digital Delivery Lead, you are the engine room. You don't own the product budget or the technical architecture—instead, you own the predictable, professional delivery of critical business initiatives from concept to go-live.

• You will step into a hybrid role that bridges the gap between deep Business Analysis (the what) and rigorous Project Management (the how).
• Be the central coordinator driving multi-workstream digital projects across the finish line.
• Dive into stakeholder briefs, elicit raw business needs, and translate them into crystal-clear functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria. You ensure nothing gets lost in translation between the business units and technical teams.
• Build, maintain, and protect integrated delivery plans (scope, timelines, resourcing). You'll run the delivery cadence (stand-ups and weekly syncs), fiercely manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and handle change control like a pro.
• The Launch (Go-Live & Governance):
  You’ll own the critical quality gates. This means setting up UAT readiness (test data, tracking, defect triage), securing governance sign-offs, producing executive-ready status reports, and managing smooth handovers to Systems Operations so that launches are flawless.

• You are a highly organized hybrid specialist who thrives in structured governance but knows how to keep things moving dynamically.
• The
  
  Experience:
  
  You bring at least 2 years of proven experience playing both the Business Analyst and Project Manager roles, delivering technology/business initiatives end‑to‑end.
• The Toolkit:
  You have a master level of organizational discipline. You are entirely comfortable managing cross‑functional contributors (vendors, tech teams, ops), handling financial tracking data, and writing run‑books for operational handovers.
• The DNA:
  You communicate clearly, solve problems before they elevate, and stay cool under pressure. While not mandatory, if you hold a PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) or BA training (BABOK), you'll have an immediate advantage.
