Position: Member Services Specialist I/II - Open Accounts

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Member Service Representative I/II role located in Sandy, UT. The Member Service Representative will handle a variety of member service tasks, including opening new accounts, assisting with transactions, providing information about financial products and services, and addressing member inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and building strong relationships with members by understanding and meeting their financial needs.

Qualifications
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to provide professional, friendly, and effective support to clients.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services, including account opening, transactions, and banking processes.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in processing financial transactions, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with members.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, professional phone etiquette, and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast‑paced workplace.
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial institutions is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
