Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are looking for a senior Service Now consultant with strong hands‑on experience in UI Builder, Service Now AI Platform, and modern Service Now application development.
Key Skills Required- Strong experience with Service Now UI Builder
- Hands‑on knowledge of Service Now AI Platform / Now Assist
- Experience building custom work spaces, portals, pages, and reusable UI components
- Strong understanding of Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Experience with Service Now App Engine Studio
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and best‑practice implementation skills
- Senior‑level communication and client‑facing experience
- Experience with GenAI use cases in Service Now
- Experience supporting enterprise clients
- Service Now certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or AI‑related certifications
- Design and develop UI Builder experiences on the Service Now platform
- Implement AI-driven workflows and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Service Now and Cognizant teams
- Provide technical leadership, solution design, and code review
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and upgrade‑safe implementations
