As Director of First Impressions your role would be focused answering phones in a professional, polite, and caring manner. While receiving phone calls from our external customers this also requires supporting out internal customers as well, our coworkers. We strive to work as a team, support one another to make for the best customer experience possible.
This position will also support our service, accounting, marketing, and sales departments. Taking accurate information from our customers and directing the information to the correct depart is a key function of this position. Computer knowledge, data entry, and other duties as requested.
