Duties/ Responsibilities Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Answers phone calls, emails, greets guests, and supports visitors
Assists with manpower hour tracker
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
Maintains office supplies, cafeteria service, and assists with any related business needs, (i.e., schedules facility services of office cleaner)
Meeting minute taker for JHSC & Team meetings
Coordination of staff meetings and company events
Dispatch trailer release
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications High school diploma, post-secondary or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, vocational training courses or equivalent experience
Written and verbal communication
Proficiency with MS Suite
Organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
Time management skills
Attention to detail
Professionalism
Resourcefulness
