As the Facility Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations, manage office equipment, and uphold corporate standards.
Your role will involve acting as a liaison for event bookings and providing essential support for rental agreements. You will be integral in promoting events through collaboration with marketing experts, enhancing community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise maintenance and cleaning staff
• Handle inbound bookings and equipment discussions
• Maintain office records and respond to inquiries
• Facilitate the promotion of events and services
• Track and ensure compliance for facility rentals
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Business Administration
• Six months of relevant office experience
• Skilled in using audio-visual technology
• Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities
• Familiar with county regulations and procedures
