We are seeking a Floral Designer and Customer Service Representative with a minimum of three years’ experience in modern and traditional floral techniques. Your responsibilities will include creating all-occasion arrangements and collaborating with customers to match their specifications. You'll also maintain inventory and assist in sales processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently design floral arrangements for various occasions

• Collaborate with clients to meet floral needs and preferences

• Process sales using the point-of-sale system

• Maintain an organized inventory of flowers and supplies

• Stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 40lbs

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years in floral design

• Proficiency in floral techniques and plant care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Experience with POS systems and computer tasks
